Condition report:
The watercolour depicting St Michael\'s Mount shows visible foxing and light brown staining across the paper surface, particularly evident in the sky area and upper left edge. The beach scene appears to be in overall better condition, with minor general toning to the paper consistent with age. Both frames show some light surface wear and minor scuffing to the gilt finish. The card mounts are in good condition.
