Start price: £1

Buyer's Premium:

A collection comprising a sterling silver gate link bracelet, a sterling silver Albert watch chain, and a naval insignia button component. The bracelet is of five-bar gate link construction and features a heart-shaped padlock clasp with a small safety chain. The reverse of the padlock is struck with the maker’s mark A, S, J, followed by Birmingham hallmarks including a lion passant, an anchor, and the date letter e for 1979. The Albert chain is of curb-link design and includes a T-bar and a swivel dog-clip clasp. The T-bar is stamped with a lion passant. A small additional section of matching curb chain is detached from the main length. Also present is a circular embossed metal component, likely a button front, depicting a crown above an anchor within a circular border, characteristic of Royal Navy insignia. This component appears to be made of copper or brass with residual dark plating or enamel.

Condition report:

All items exhibit visible surface tarnish throughout. The gate bracelet and its padlock clasp are in good vintage condition. The Albert chain has a small detached section of matching links. The military button component shows significant wear and is detached from its original back.
