The instruments are in poor, incomplete condition and are suitable for restoration or decorative use. The violin is missing its bridge and chin rest; the strings are present but slack against the fingerboard. The bow is a wooden stick only, lacking the frog and hair components. The items show significant surface dust, minor scuffs to the varnish, and general signs of age and wear. One bongo drum head has a small adhesive price label attached.
