Condition report:
The telephone is in original, unrestored condition. The Bakelite body and handset show significant accumulation of dust and grime, with surface scratches and scuffs throughout. The metal base plate exhibits areas of surface oxidation and pitting. The braided fabric cord is heavily frayed and worn, with internal wiring exposed at the terminals. The item is untested and is sold as a decorative object or a candidate for restoration.
