A collection of gilt metal and enamel regalia and insignia associated with the Knights of St Columba, a British Catholic fraternal service organisation. The group comprises several almond-shaped mandorla medals of varying sizes, featuring a central figure of Saint Columba. These medals are decorated with blue, teal, and green enamel, bearing the inscriptions Knights of St Columba and the motto Unitas, Caritas, and Fraternitas. Also included are three circular gilt metal rank insignia bordered by embossed laurel wreaths with blue enamel centres marked DD for District Deputy, O for Officer, and G for Guard. The District Deputy piece features a double-bar suspension for a neck ribbon. Further items include four circular suspension medallions housed in protective pouches, designed for attachment to a chain of office or ribbon. Two medallions are marked GK for Grand Knight and two are marked PAST, each featuring a laurel wreath border and four suspension loops.

The collection is in good condition overall, displaying minor surface wear, light scratches, and oxidation consistent with age and periodic use. The enamel work appears largely intact across all pieces. Some items are stored in plastic collector flips for protection.
