A collection of five vintage model vehicles and equipment manufactured by Meccano Ltd in England. This group comprises items from both the Dinky Toys and Dinky Supertoys ranges, each housed in its original blue and orange cardboard box. The set includes a Dinky Supertoys No. 571 Coles Mobile Crane, a Dinky Supertoys No. 502 Foden Flat Truck, a Dinky Toys No. 564 Elevator à Godets, a Dinky Supertoys No. 504 Foden 14-Ton Tanker, and a Dinky Toys No. 581 Horse Box. The models are manufactured from die-cast metal. Each box features a printed label with an illustration of the content, the model number, and manufacturer details. The Horse Box packaging has a handwritten name, D Griffiths, on the upper left section of the label.
Condition report:
The original cardboard boxes show age-related wear including scuffing to the edges, surface soiling, light crushing, and minor tears. The internal die-cast models have not been removed from their boxes for inspection, and therefore paint condition, mechanical functionality, and completeness have not been confirmed.
