A collection of glazed ceramic figurines by Royal Doulton, from the Winnie-the-Pooh Figurine Collection based on the Classic Pooh illustrations by E.H. Shepard. Each figurine is presented with its original yellow cardboard box featuring Royal Doulton and Classic Pooh branding. The assortment includes a variety of characters and themed scenes from the Hundred Acre Wood. Identified models within the group include Rabbit standing beside two stacked baskets of fruit and vegetables (Rabbit’s Harvest WP67); Winnie-the-Pooh seated on a tree stump with a teacup and saucer (Pooh at the Teaparty WP4); a standing figure of Winnie-the-Pooh embracing Piglet (The Windy Day WP2); Piglet in a chef’s apron with a bowl and honey pot (The Littlest Chef WP18); Winnie-the-Pooh with multiple bandages and first aid accessories (Patient Bear WP73); Piglet in a large cowboy hat with a lasso and cactus (Piglet as Cowboy WP11); and Winnie-the-Pooh climbing over a large overturned honey pot (Winnie-the-Pooh and the Paw-Marks WP3). The figurines are finished with a high-gloss glaze over fine ceramic. Several items retain their original paper hang tags or informational inserts.
Condition report:
The figurines appear to be in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, crazing, or professional repairs. The original cardboard boxes are present and intact, showing only minor shelf wear and light creasing consistent with age and storage.
