A collection of five glazed ceramic figurines from the Royal Doulton Classic Pooh series, modelled after the original illustrations by E.H. Shepard. Each figurine is accompanied by its original branded presentation box. The collection includes: a figurine of Tigger lying amongst a pile of fall leaves in shades of brown, red, and yellow, with a single leaf atop his head, identified as Sometimes Autumn Tickles Your Nose (WP43); a figure of Christopher Robin seated on a grass-effect base playing a guitar with a musical score at his feet, titled Strums A Melody from The Music Collection, which retains its original descriptive hanging tag; a figurine of Tigger standing on a circular wood-grain effect base peering at a jack-in-the-box toy; a group featuring Kanga and Roo in Native American style costume, with Roo in the pouch playing a drum, surrounded by a toy teepee, bow, and arrows; and a figure of Winnie-the-Pooh seated inside a wooden-style wash-tub filled with blue-tinted soap bubbles, with two small yellow ducks at the base. The boxes are marked Winnie-the-Pooh Figurine Collection by ROYAL DOULTON and feature Classic Pooh branding.
Condition report:
The figurines appear to be in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or signs of repair. The original cardboard presentation boxes are included and show minor signs of storage wear. One figurine includes the original manufacturer hanging tag.
