A traditional antique bed warming pan, comprising a circular brass pan with a hinged decorative lid. The lid is embellished with a central embossed floral design, surrounded by concentric rings of punched indentation work. It is fitted with a cast brass hinge and a decorative thumb-piece latch. The pan is attached to a long, turned wooden handle via a brass ferrule. The handle features a series of turned grooves and retains its original wood grain appearance. No manufacturer marks or signatures are visible on the exterior.

The bed warmer is in good antique condition, showing a natural aged patina across the brass components with visible oxidisation and tarnish. The wooden handle remains structurally sound with surface wear, light scratches, and minor staining consistent with age and domestic use.
