This lot comprises a large collection of mixed costume jewellery presented in two open boxes and two separate jewellery cases. The primary assortment includes a variety of necklaces and loose beads made from materials such as glass, plastic, faux pearl, wood, and ceramic. Notable items within the loose collection include cream-coloured graduated plastic discs, orange and green disc-beaded necklaces, blue-flecked art glass beads, and faceted black beads. Metal components are primarily gold-tone and silver-tone base metals. One large gold-tone geometric pendant is visible. The lot includes a pair of large, circular, domed gold-tone metal earrings with ribbed decorative accents at the sides, housed in a green velvet-textured presentation box. Additionally, there is a fine gold-tone chain and a separate hinged oval metal component presented in a blue velvet box; the interior lid of this box is printed with EST. 1775 AYNSLEY ENGLAND FINE ENGLISH BONE CHINA. Condition report:
The items are in mixed condition consistent with age and use. The loose jewellery displays some tangling and surface wear; some restringing or cleaning may be required. The gold-tone earrings show a bright polished finish. The fine gold-tone chain in the blue box exhibits visible surface oxidation and verdigris in several sections.
