Condition report:
The scale shows signs of age and previous commercial use. There is visible surface oxidation and wear to the red indicator needle and the internal mechanical components housed behind the glass. The white enamel finish on the base displays minor scuffing, marks, and small chips consistent with age. The metal weighing pan shows light surface scratches. The mechanical function has not been tested.
