This lot comprises an assortment of garden ceramics and planters. The collection includes a large, circular cobalt blue glazed earthenware planter with a flared rim and an unglazed interior. Also featured is a large terracotta multi-pocket strawberry or herb pot with a textured orange-red slip or painted finish. Included in the group is a pair of heavy-rimmed unglazed terracotta garden pots showing signs of weathering. A cylindrical earthenware decorative sleeve or planting insert is present, featuring a bird motif in relief. The lot is completed by several small terracotta saucers with a glossy interior glaze. No manufacturer marks or signatures were observed during inspection.
Condition report:
All items are in used condition, exhibiting typical signs of outdoor garden use including weathering, mineral deposits, and surface abrasions. The multi-pocket strawberry planter has a visible break and chip to the rim of one planting pocket. Other pieces show minor chips and wear commensurate with age and utility.
