Buyer's Premium:

This lot consists of two wall-hanging items housed in matching pine wood frames. The first item is a rectangular wall mirror set within a substantial moulded pine frame that displays characteristic natural grain and knots. A small white adhesive label marked with the code OK935 is present on the lower rail of the frame. The second item is a contemporary illustrated map titled The parish of Landulph Cornwall. The map provides a decorative cartographic representation of the south-east Cornish parish, surrounded by detailed vignettes and textual panels. These illustrations depict local historical landmarks, including the parish church, maritime history, and regional flora and fauna. The work is finished with an intricate border of Celtic-inspired knotwork and wildflowers. The map is presented behind an off-white mount and glazing. The bottom right corner features a reference to The Tamar Valley AONB.

Dimensions: Not provided.

Condition report:

Both items are in good overall condition. The pine frames exhibit minor surface wear, light scuffing, and small indentations consistent with domestic use and age. The mirror glass remains clear. The illustrated map and its mount appear well-preserved behind the glass, with no visible evidence of foxing, staining, or fading.
