Buyer's Premium:

This lot comprises three framed works on paper. The first is a print after Sir William Russell Flint (1880–1969), depicting a Mediterranean architectural street scene with a figure. The mount features the artist’s name printed in script below the image. It is housed in a moulded wood frame with a mahogany-effect finish. The second work is a limited edition print after Flint, showing a lone skier traversing a snowy landscape. The work is numbered in pencil to the lower right 613/2000 and the reverse of the frame is inscribed Flint Snow Print. It is presented in a decorative gilt-gesso frame. The third work is a contemporary watercolor on paper, depicting a misty mountainous landscape with traditional fishing vessels and figures, likely of the Li River region. It is signed in Chinese characters, dated 1997.3, and marked with a red artist’s seal to the lower right. The piece is held in a silvered wood frame with a label for Picture This Fine Art & Custom Framing on the reverse.

Condition report:

The collection generally appears in good condition. The first Flint print exhibits noticeable age-toning and mat burn to the mount, along with small chips and surface wear to the frame. The limited edition skier print and the Chinese watercolor appear well-preserved within their frames. Frames show minor abrasions, dust, and light surface wear consistent with age and storage. None of the works have been examined out of their frames.
