A collection of books primarily focused on the local history of Plymouth, United Kingdom, featuring a significant number of works by author Chris Robinson. Published works include titles such as Plymouth in the Fifties & Sixties, Plymouth in the Forties & Fifties, Plymouth in the Twenties & Thirties, Victorian Plymouth, The Story of Plymouth Hoe, Barbican & City Centre, Plymouth As Time Draws On, and Plymouth’s Great War: Towns United in Conflict, primarily under the Pen & Ink Publishing imprint. Additional local history titles include Sutton Harbour by Crispin Gill, It Came to Our Door by H.P. Twyford and Chris Robinson, Plymouth – A New History by Crispin Gill (Devon Books), and Plymouth in War & Peace by Guy Fleming (Bossiney Books). Condition report:

The modern volumes generally appear in good condition with minor shelf wear and occasional price stickers. The older reference and literary volumes exhibit age-related wear including rubbed edges, bumped corners, and fading or darkening to the cloth spines, particularly evident on the dictionary and the Shakespeare set.
