This collection comprises three wall mirrors of differing periods and designs. The first is an oval wall mirror featuring a dark-stained moulded wooden frame with a simple convex profile, fitted with metal hanging loops for mounting. The second is a rectangular mid-century modern wall mirror, with the glass plate mounted onto a larger rectangular teak-veneered backboard and secured by four circular chrome-plated screw-cap fixings. The third is a mid-century modern shaped rectangular mirror set within a solid teak frame featuring rounded corners and a tapered, organic profile characteristic of Danish-inspired design; the glass plate is centrally secured by two decorative brass rosettes. No manufacturer marks or labels are visible on any of the items.
Condition report:
All three mirrors are in good vintage condition. The glass plates are clear and well-preserved, showing no significant foxing or loss of silvering. The wooden frames and backboards exhibit light surface wear, including minor scuffs and marks consistent with age and domestic use. All fixings and hanging loops appear secure.
