The assembly includes a three-level garage structure with a cream-coloured elevator tower and a curved ramp. The manually operated elevator is controlled via a crank handle on the tower, which rings an internal metal bell when turned. The elevator car features a green floor and a translucent yellow roof. Included with the garage are four small moulded plastic play cars in green, red, yellow, and blue. A green gas pump with a flexible plastic hose is attached to the base. The base is lithographed with various graphics including road markings and signs for STOP, GO, SERVICE, ONE WAY, and CAUTION CHILDREN. The manufacturer name FISHER-PRICE TOYS is printed on the base, and the tower bears a red decal marked ELEVATOR 930 with the circular fp logo.

The item is in used, vintage condition with clear signs of play-wear throughout. There is surface scuffing and some discolouration to the yellow and cream plastic parts. The lithographed Masonite base shows wear, particularly around the edges and corners. The elevator crank mechanism and bell are in working order. The set is incomplete, missing the original figures and packaging.
