It is likely a watercolour or a high-quality print, presented in a white wooden frame with a white mount. The second work is an oil on canvas rural landscape featuring a stone cottage and a path leading through a timber gate to a field of sheep, with a village church in the far distance. It is signed J Walker in the lower left and is housed in a silver-finished frame. The third work is a print on textured paper after a minimalist watercolour study of trees by a body of water, signed BARTZ in stylized characters in the lower right. A small inscription in the lower margin identifies it as a print from Picture Graphics AB, Karlstad 1982.
Condition report:
The framed works by WDM and J. Walker are in generally good condition, with minor dust and light surface wear to the frame edges. The unframed print by Bartz exhibits significant foxing, staining, and discoloration throughout the paper support, particularly evident in the lower margin and along the edges.
