The dial comprises a white chapter ring with black Roman numerals and a rail-track minute ring, surrounding a gold-tone sunburst-patterned centre. The dial plate is further embellished with four brass-tone scrolling spandrels to the corners. The black decoratively shaped hour and minute hands are set within the dial, which is marked Quartz in cursive script. The lower section of the glazed door features a printed gold-line border, revealing a polished brass-tone swinging pendulum. This clock is powered by a battery-operated quartz movement.
