A collection of four assorted clocks including mantel and alarm styles. The group features an Art Deco style mantel clock by Bentima, fitted with an 8-day mechanical movement. The clock is housed in a rectangular chrome-plated frame with a tiered pedestal base. Its two-tone rectangular dial has a silver-toned outer chapter ring, white centre, black Arabic numerals, and ornate black hands, marked Made in England. Also included is a Smiths Timecal mechanical alarm clock with a circular case in an orange finish. The white dial displays red Arabic numerals and includes a secondary alarm-set dial below the 12 o’clock position, marked Made in Great Britain. The collection further contains an Acctim quartz alarm clock in a white rounded rectangular case with a chrome-toned top button, and a small silver-toned quartz travel alarm clock with an integrated folding stand.
Condition report:
All items show signs of age and use, including surface scratches and some pitting or tarnishing to the chrome-plated surfaces. The orange finish on the Smiths clock shows minor wear. The clocks are sold as seen; movements are untested for working order, timekeeping accuracy, or alarm functionality. Quartz movements may require battery replacements.
