A large contemporary wall mirror of rectangular form, designed in the modern Venetian style. The item features a mirror-on-mirror construction with a central rectangular plate bordered by a frame composed of four separate bevelled mirror glass sections with mitred corner joins. The assembly is mounted onto a dark-finished backing board. The mirror is of substantial proportions, suitable for use as a full-length or pier mirror. No manufacturer’s marks or signatures are visible.
Condition report:
The mirror is in very good condition. The glass plates are free from visible foxing, oxidation, or silvering loss. No significant scratches or chips were observed. The reflection remains clear and undistorted across all segments.
