Further items include a bevelled glass jewellery casket with a metal frame and tufted silk interior, a small leather-bound case, and a folding case with mother-of-pearl and abalone shell diamond-patterned inlays. The collection shows varied signs of age and wear throughout. The wooden boxes exhibit surface scratches, staining to the finish, and some minor losses to the carved elements and inlays. The shell-inlaid case is structurally damaged and separated into two sections with visible cracking to the inlay. The copper pitcher shows surface oxidation and minor marks. The glass casket has light scratching to the glass panels and tarnishing to the metal trim. Internal fabric linings show fading and age-related wear.
