A mid-century modern wall mirror featuring a teak frame with a warm reddish-brown tone and visible grain. The frame is designed in a stadium or soft-rectangular shape with rounded corners, characteristic of the Scandinavian Modern aesthetic popular during the 1960s and 1970s. The inner edge of the frame is recessed toward the mirror plate. The reverse is fitted with a brown hardboard backing and includes a single metal D-ring bracket for vertical orientation, along with four protective corner pads. The design is in the style of Danish mirrors from the period, such as those by Aarhus Glasimport.
Condition report:
The mirror plate is in good overall condition with no visible foxing or silvering loss. The teak frame shows minor surface wear and light marks consistent with age and use. The hardboard backing and hanging hardware are intact and functional.
