Buyer's Premium:

A trio of framed artworks comprising varied subjects and mediums. The first work is a watercolor on paper depicting a pastoral river landscape with mature trees and distant hills, signed with the initials E.W.B. in the lower right corner. The piece is housed in an ornate, gilded, and moulded gesso frame. The second work is a commemorative colour print on paper by Stephen Fallon, depicting the Royal Albert Bridge at Saltash. The image shows the bridge portal inscribed I. K. BRUNEL ENGINEER 1859 with a modern train crossing the span. It is pencil-signed Stephen Fallon and dated 09 in the lower right margin, and inscribed 1859-2009 in the lower left margin. This work is presented in a light-coloured wood frame with a white mount. The third work is a mixed-media or print study of harbour-side buildings and a fishing boat registered EH247, titled Lode. It is inscribed JOSIAH N. B. MOORE in the lower left and LODE in the lower right. The artwork is set within a gilded frame with a double blue-grey mount.

Condition report:

The collection is in good overall condition. The frames exhibit minor surface wear and light scuffing consistent with age and handling. The mounts show minimal toning. One artwork retains a small adhesive label on the glazing. The pigments and inks across all three works appear well-preserved and stable.
