A lot comprising two framed works of art. The first is an painting on board depicting a traditional alpine landscape featuring a central snow-capped mountain, a tranquil lake, and coniferous trees. The work is signed John Beecham in the lower-left corner and is executed with layered brushwork in a representational style. It is housed in a white-painted wooden frame with a green and gilt inner slip. The second work is a stylized maritime scene depicting a tall ship moored at a shoreline against a monochromatic orange ground, rendered in a mid-century modern aesthetic. This piece appears to be a textured print or acrylic on board and is signed B. Taylor in the lower-right corner. It is presented in a dark wood-effect frame with a gilt slip under glass.
