An RAC (Royal Automobile Club) copper presentation bowl, awarded as the 1992 Small Hotel and Guesthouse Award for the Regional Winner – South West to Victoria Court, Plymouth. The footed bowl features repoussé floral decoration around the rim and twin lion-mask ring handles, mounted on a fluted pedestal base with a dark patina. The side is engraved with a logo containing the letters RAC surmounted by a crown, above the text: SMALL HOTEL AND GUESTHOUSE AWARD, 1992, REGIONAL WINNER – SOUTH WEST, VICTORIA COURT, PLYMOUTH. The interior of the bowl features a silver-coloured lining.

Condition report:
The bowl displays surface tarnish and light verdigris within the decorative crevices and around the handles. There is significant wear and patination to the interior lining consistent with age. General surface oxidation and light scratches are present.
