The collection includes a selection of stainless steel culinary tools comprising a large cleaver, a serrated bread knife, a cook’s knife, a carving knife, a filleting knife, a paring knife, a sharpening steel, and a two-prong carving fork. Each implement features an integral stainless steel handle with a dimpled grip design for hygiene and control. The blades are etched with the maker’s mark SCHUMANN PROFESSIONNEL PROFILINE within a rounded rectangular border, alongside a chef’s head logo and the German text -HANDGEARBEITET, -EDELSTAHL, and -ROSTFREI. The set is contained in a black heavy-duty zipped carry case with two webbing handles and a handle wrap. The exterior of the case is printed with a repeating pattern of a stylised diamond and E logo with the word Elegance. The interior is fitted with a clear plastic protective flap secured by metal snap fasteners to hold the blades in position.
Condition report:
The set is offered in used condition. The blades show light surface marks and scratches commensurate with use and storage. The metal snap fasteners on the internal plastic flap exhibit visible surface oxidation and rust. The carry case shows some surface dust and minor wear from handling.
