An assortment of vintage domestic items including an Art Deco style oak wall clock and decorative metalware. The clock features a horizontal stained oak case with a circular cream-painted dial to the left, marked with black Arabic numerals and twin winding holes for a mechanical movement. To the right is a glazed square aperture with a decorative wooden diamond overlay. The case is finished with a beaded border along the base. The collection includes a rectangular metal-clad box with embossed floral decoration and a red-lined interior. Also present is a large hammered copper pan with a turned wooden handle, a brass chafing dish on a tripod stand with an embossed lid, and a brass pressure stove with three pot supports. Completing the group is a small brass spirit lamp and a small cast figurine of a seated Buddha.
Condition report:
Items show wear and tear appropriate for their age. The oak clock case has surface scuffs and finish loss, primarily along the edges. The clock movement is untested and its working order is unknown. Metalware items exhibit varying levels of tarnish, patina, and surface marking. The box lining shows minor wear. Pressure stove and spirit burners are sold for decorative purposes and have not been tested for function.
