The lot includes a Yale British Standard Nightlatch in original maximum security blister packaging and an Asec Traditional Nightlatch, model AS1209, in an opened box with the lock cylinder and key. Also present is a black handheld electric power buffer or polisher fitted with a white foam pad and integrated power cable. The plumbing components consist of a chrome-finished monobloc mixer tap with cross-head handles and flexible braided stainless steel hoses, resembling Delta styles. The collection is rounded out by two sealed packs of white plastic-coated curtain wire with hooks and eyes, a loose metal strike plate in a small plastic bag, and an individual brass-coloured key.
Condition report:
Mixed Condition. The Yale nightlatch and curtain wire packs appear new and remain in sealed original packaging. The Asec lock is housed in a damaged and opened box. The handheld buffer and chrome mixer tap are used items, exhibiting visible surface scratches, marks, and signs of previous installation and use.
