This lot comprises a diverse collection of vintage personal effects and automotive memorabilia. Featured are a set of circular wooden plaques with a burl veneer finish, each featuring an inlaid silver-toned Rolls-Royce logo with the centrally intertwined RR monogram and the text Rolls and Royce. Also included is a pair of polished metal table lighters with a ribbed sunburst design; the upper example bears a hand-engraved commemorative inscription dated 1942-1967. The collection includes a small black-cased navigation instrument or level marked True Course with an upward-pointing arrow. Condition report:
The items are in as-found condition with varying degrees of wear consistent with age and use. The Rolls-Royce plaques show significant surface deterioration, including heavy crazing and cracking to the lacquer; one plaque has a notable section of missing or lifted veneer along the edge. The table lighters show surface scratches and tarnishing. Other items exhibit general surface wear, light scuffing to the hip flask, and minor fading to painted decorative elements.
