Produced by Country Cottage Furniture of Modbury, South Devon, this contemporary solid oak dining suite comprises a farmhouse-style dining table and a matching set of six chairs. The table features a thick, paneled rectangular top raised on four substantial square-section legs, finished in a factory-designated ‘Rustic Brown’ tone. The chairs, identified as ‘Amish’ style on the accompanying documentation, consist of four side chairs and two carvers with shaped arms. Each chair is constructed with a three-slat ladder back and displays visible pegged mortise and tenon joinery. The drop-in seats are upholstered in a chequered cream and tan fabric. Provenance is provided by an original invoice dated 28th February 2009, which identifies the maker and specific style names.

Condition report:
The suite is in good structural and cosmetic condition, showing light surface wear to the finish on the chair arms and back rails consistent with regular use. There are minor marks to the seat upholstery.
