Condition report:
Significant surface corrosion is present across the handlebars. There is moderate oxidation visible on the wheel spokes, wheel nuts, and various assembly bolts throughout the frame. The frame shows general scuffing, dirt, and a piece of yellow adhesive tape below the seat post. The leading edge of the front mudguard appears detached or damaged. A makeshift repair using green wire is observed near the rear axle and derailleur hanger. The synthetic saddle cover exhibits wear and scuffing. The mechanical functionality of the gears and brakes has not been tested; the chain and cassette show surface grime and require maintenance.
