This collection consists of a pair of silver-plated three-light candelabra and an assortment of pewter drinking vessels. The collection of pewter items includes vessels of various forms and decorative finishes. Notable pieces include a large tankard decorated with a high-relief embossed scene of figures in eighteenth-century attire seated at a tavern table, framed by grapevines. Also included is a mug with a hammered finish and a smaller tankard bearing a rectangular stamp with the numerals 1776, likely a commemorative or model number. The group further contains plain baluster and straight-sided mugs with various handle configurations. No maker marks or hallmarks are visible on the silver-plated pieces, which appear to be constructed on a base metal such as copper or brass. The pewter items show characteristic matte grey patination.
