A 2020 commemorative half crown coin issued by Gibraltar, struck in 1/2 oz. of pure silver. The obverse features the Raphael Maklouf effigy of Queen Elizabeth II with the legend ELIZABETH II · D · G · REGINA · GIBRALTAR · 2020 · HALF CROWN. The reverse depicts Sir Winston Churchill making his V for Victory gesture, with the inscriptions WE SHALL NEVER SURRENDER and SIR WINSTON CHURCHILL 1874 – 1965. This release was limited to a total mintage of 5,000 units. The coin is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from The London Mint Office.
