A Coronation of KCIII Crown Pair DateStamp Issue set, comprising two United Kingdom cupro-nickel crowns. The collection features a 1953 Coronation Five Shillings crown and a 2023 Coronation Five Pound crown commemorating the coronation of King Charles III. The 1953 coin features an equestrian portrait obverse by Gilbert Ledward and a reverse of four shields by Edgar Fuller and Cecil Thomas. The 2023 coin features a crowned portrait obverse by Martin Jennings and a reverse depicting royal regalia by Timothy Noad. Both coins are housed in individual DateStamp capsules, each featuring a Royal Mail 1st class stamp postmarked 6 May 2023 at Tower Hill, London. The set is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from The London Mint Office, serial number D52-0463, from a limited edition of 495. Housed in a black fitted presentation case.
