The collection features a significant run of The Tales of Beatrix Potter small-format hardcovers published by F. Warne and Co, alongside a larger volume titled The Complete Tales of Beatrix Potter: The Original and Authorised Edition. Includes The Winnie-the-Pooh Collection: Complete and Unabridged boxed set by A.A. Milne, illustrated by E.H. Shepard and published by Egmont (ISBN 0-603-56080-9). Two Folio Society editions are present: A Child’s Garden of Verses by Robert Louis Stevenson and Winnie-the-Pooh by A.A. Milne. Condition report:
Items show varying signs of shelf wear and use consistent with age. The Winnie-the-Pooh boxed set displays edge wear and a price sticker to the outer case. The Hans Christian Andersen Fairy Tales volume shows significant wear and tearing to the top of the spine. General condition for the remainder of the lot includes minor corner bumping, surface scuffing to covers, and light shelf wear. Several volumes contain retailer or auction labels.
