A large collection of approximately 100 to 150 7-inch vinyl singles, primarily 45 RPM pressings dating from the late 1960s through to the early 1980s. The lot comprises a variety of genres including UK pop, rock, and novelty records. Represented labels include RCA, Jive, Epic, Old Gold, Major Minor, and Fontana. Specific identified items include Showaddywaddy – Footsteps in a colour picture sleeve, The Barron Knights – Live In Trouble (Part 1) on the orange Epic label (catalogue number S EPC 5752, Made in England), and Tight Fit – Beep Beep (B-side) on the blue Jive label (catalogue number JIVE 9, Made in England). The collection includes a mix of original picture sleeves, branded company sleeves, and generic paper sleeves.
Condition report:
Media: Visually graded as Poor to Good. The discs exhibit surface marks, light scratches, and dust accumulation consistent with bulk storage and regular use. Spindle wear is present on several labels, and one Epic label has the name Catherine written across the centre in black marker. Sleeves: Generally in Poor to Good condition, showing heavy creasing, edge wear, tears, and instances of foxing or water staining.
