A mid-century modern three-tier tea trolley or drinks cart constructed from mahogany-finished wood and veneers. The top tier features a drop-leaf design comprising a rectangular central section and two semi-circular leaves, which form an oval surface when fully extended. The two lower tiers consist of fixed shelves with slightly raised edges. The unit is supported by a four-point frame with tapered uprights and is mounted on four brown plastic ball-style casters.
Condition report:
The item is in good structural condition but shows signs of age and use. The upper surfaces have scattered light scratches, minor scuffs, and faint ring marks or water staining to the finish. There are minor chips and wear to the veneer along some of the curved edges. The underside of the bottom shelf exhibits significant white spotting consistent with mould or mildew growth from storage in a damp environment. The casters are functional though they show typical surface wear.
