A pair of contemporary garden planters constructed from earthenware terracotta with a glossy cream-white exterior glaze. Each pot is of tapered cylindrical form featuring a wide rounded rim and two raised horizontal ribs around the upper body. The side of each planter is decorated with a moulded oval relief medallion depicting a fruiting olive branch; the medallion is left unglazed, showing the reddish-brown terracotta body. The interiors are unglazed and each pot has a single central drainage hole in the base. Each planter bears a white rectangular adhesive label on the rim marked G1004P in black ink.
Condition report:
Both planters exhibit significant mineral and algae staining around the lower exterior base consistent with outdoor use. The interiors show soil residue and staining. No major cracks, large chips, or structural repairs are visible.
