A collection of novelty plush animal-themed hats featuring a mechanical ear-moving function. The assortment includes two distinct designs: a black and white panda and a blue, light blue, and yellow canine character. Each hat is constructed with long dangling arms containing a mechanism that, when squeezed, causes the ears on the headpiece to lift. The items are manufactured from soft, synthetic plush fabric. Visible markings include a white adhesive label on one package marked JBC7C and a small white fabric tag on the blue character hat marked CE.
