Condition report:
The John Chancellor print is in good overall condition with clear colours and no apparent damage to the paper. The frame is structurally sound with minimal surface wear. The Philip Mitchell lithotint displays minor age-related toning and light foxing consistent with its mid-19th-century production. The frame and mount for the landscape print are in good condition. Glazing on both pieces is secure.
