A collection of eight glass figurines, primarily featuring elephant forms in various styles and techniques. The group includes a Langham Glass elephant crafted from clear glass with an internal red and orange swirl core. This piece bears the original black and gold adhesive label on the base, marked Glass Langham Hand Made England. Also included is a glass animal figurine in the form of a pig or bull, which serves as a miniature liqueur bottle for Bols. This item is fashioned from amber-tinted clear glass and retains its central paper label printed with Liqueur Bols. The remaining figurines comprise six glass elephants: one teal blue translucent glass elephant; one amethyst translucent glass elephant; two deep amethyst glass elephants of varying sizes; one teal blue opaque glass elephant bearing a white adhesive stock label marked S702C; and one frosted clear glass elephant featuring a moulded cross-hatched textured pattern. Materials include translucent, opaque, and clear glass with internal decorative inclusions.
Condition report:
The collection appears to be in overall good condition with no significant chips, cracks, or repairs visible. The paper labels on the Langham and Bols pieces exhibit minor age-related wear and slight discoloration. Minor surface-level shelf wear may be present on the bases of the figurines.
