This collection is housed in a large-scale portfolio with marbled paper-covered boards and black cord ties. The contents include professional architectural drawings, student studies, and original artwork, primarily from the mid-20th century. Key items include a set of plans for the Proposed New HQ for the 21st Plymouth Boy Scout Group at Tavy Place, Mutley, dated September 1968 and drawn by Antony J. Arber of 251 Stuart Road, Stoke, Plymouth. There is a detailed drawing titled Arrangement of Articles on a Mantel Shelf by J. W. Jeans, dated 12 October 1948. The collection also contains an electrical installation plan for St. Dominic’s Catholic Church in Cornwall, produced by chartered architects Jenkins and Ellis of Midland Bank Chambers, Liskeard. A formal architectural elevation titled Cloisters: S. Maria della Pace: Rome is present, along with a stylized geometric gouache painting titled Bari Ghoum. Additional items comprise miscellaneous building plans, drainage details, and generic headquarters designs on various paper stocks including translucent drafting paper. The front cover bears a small inventory tag marked J 2855.

Condition report:
The portfolio boards are in poor to fair condition, exhibiting significant fraying and loss to the paper covering along the spine and edges. The interior is dusty. The contents are generally in fair to good condition as working documents. Sheets show age-related yellowing, creasing, and minor edge tears. Translucent drafting papers are somewhat brittle. The church plan has visible fold lines and minor staining. The Bari Ghoum artwork is well-preserved with vibrant colours.
