An assortment of decorative items and household collectibles comprising a large relief-moulded Majolica pitcher featuring lily motifs and a pink interior; a blue and white horizontal-striped ceramic teapot; and a figural ceramic pitcher shaped as a gnome in a green outfit. Included is a textured West German pottery vase with green and orange glazes, incised to the base 289-18 W.-GERMANY. The lot further contains a small blue Wedgwood Jasperware dish impressed WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND; a brass-cased carriage clock with a Roman numeral dial; and a silver-plated coffee pot with a wicker-wrapped handle, stamped EPNS MADE IN ENGLAND. Additional items include an octagonal stained-glass lampshade with white slag glass panels and multicoloured borders; a circular brass box with cloisonné-style enamel borders stamped CHINA; a small copper pot; and several figurines including badgers, a silver-tone rabbit, and a pair of small dogs.
Condition report:
Metal items, including the brass carriage clock and silver-plated coffee pot, show visible tarnish and surface oxidation. The Majolica pitcher displays surface crazing. Oxidation is present on the lead lines of the stained-glass lampshade. Minor shelf wear is evident on the bases of the ceramic pieces.
