A collection of ladies’ wristwatches in various styles and finishes. The group includes several watches by Sekonda, featuring a rectangular gold-tone watch with a cream-coloured dial and integrated mesh strap; a round silver-tone watch with a white dial, full Arabic numerals, and a stainless steel expanding bracelet; a round gold-tone watch with a white dial, full Arabic numerals, and a gold-tone expanding bracelet; and a rose gold-tone dress watch with crystal hour markers on a bangle-style bracelet. The lot is further comprised of a boxed Guy Laroche wristwatch with a rose gold-tone case and silvered dial on a pink textured leather strap, and a boxed Le Mont Crest dress watch with a square case and bracelet heavily set with clear crystals. Completing the collection is an ornate gold-tone cuff watch embellished with red, purple, and clear faceted paste stones, and a rectangular silver-tone watch with a black dial and brick-link bracelet. All timepieces utilize quartz movements.
Case sizes: 18mm to 45mm.
Condition report:
The watches are in used condition with signs of wear consistent with age and use. Significant pitting and wear are visible on the gold-tone plating of the round Sekonda with the expanding bracelet. General surface scratches are present on the cases and crystals throughout the lot. The Guy Laroche strap shows light signs of use. The boxes exhibit minor storage wear. All movements are untested and may require battery replacements.
