A collection of religious medals, crosses, pendants, and devotional items constructed from various base metals, wood, and enamel. The assortment includes commemorative medals with visible inscriptions for JOANNES PAULUS II, S. FRANCISCUS ASSISIENSIS, and NOTRE DAME DE PARIS. A wooden panel bracelet features inset religious icon prints. The variety of crosses includes wood-backed brass, filigree, and enamelled designs, as well as a silver-tone pendant embossed with the word LOVE. A disassembled rosary section comprises light blue beads on a copper-alloy chain with an oval reliquary centrepiece. The reliquary contains a dark, moulded composite insert beneath a clear domed cover. No precious metal hallmarks are visible.
Condition report:
The collection shows signs of heavy use, tarnish, and surface wear consistent with age and devotional practice. Significant oxidation and green verdigris are present on the copper-alloy rosary components. There are visible losses to decorative stones and enamelling on several pieces. The rosary centrepiece is currently disassembled.
