A large assortment of approximately 55 to 60 elephant figurines, crafted using hand-blown and lampworked glass techniques. The collection displays a variety of postures, including trunks raised and lowered, and ranges in size from miniatures to small display pieces. The figurines are rendered in diverse glass colours, including transparent amber, honey, brown, and pink, alongside clear glass examples featuring internal multi-coloured cased swirls. Many pieces include applied opaque white glass tusks and small black and white eyes.
Heights approximately 15mm to 80mm.
Condition report:
The collection is in generally good condition. As is common with large lots of delicate glass miniatures, some pieces show minor losses to extremities, including short or missing tusks and trunk tips. The items exhibit light surface dust and would benefit from gentle cleaning.
