A group of contemporary white-painted furniture comprising an X-back side chair, a three-drawer chest, a two-drawer bedside table, and a wall mirror. The side chair features a cross-back design and square legs with a bright white finish. The chest of drawers includes three graduated drawers fitted with matching spherical wooden knobs and sits on a plinth base. The two-drawer bedside table is elevated on square legs and fitted with similar wooden knobs. The collection is completed by a large rectangular wall mirror housed in a wide mitred frame. The chests and mirror frame exhibit a creamy off-white tone, providing a contrast to the brighter finish of the chair. Construction comprises painted timber and composite wood materials.
Condition report:
The pieces exhibit visible surface wear throughout, including scuffs, light staining, and minor paint loss to the edges and top surfaces. There is a lack of finish consistency between the chair and the other units in the group. Structural integrity appears sound across all pieces.
