An Anna Wood contemporary abstract kiln-formed glass wall panel. This lot comprises a single horizontal rectangular glass panel featuring a geometric composition in varying shades of cerulean, cobalt, teal, forest green, and charcoal. The work is constructed from multiple fused sections of glass, incorporating thin reddish-brown linear details, small coloured glass square inclusions, and scattered elements of gold-toned foil. The panel exhibits characteristic internal air bubbles, known as seeds, and varied surface textures resulting from the kiln-firing process. It is mounted for display using four cylindrical brushed-metal standoffs positioned at the corners. The piece features an incised signature reading Anna Wood in the lower corner of a blue glass section. Anna Wood is the lead artist for the House of Ugly Fish studio, specialising in contemporary fused glass commissions.

Condition report:

The glass panel appears to be in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or surface abrasions in the provided photographs. The internal air bubbles and surface textural variations are inherent design characteristics of the kiln-formed glass medium and are not considered defects. The metal standoffs show no signs of corrosion or damage. No visible faults (photo 1).
