This lot comprises an assortment of decorative glassware including a variety of cut, opaque, and hand-blown pieces. The collection includes a heavy lead crystal flared bowl with an intricate geometric cut pattern featuring starburst medallions above vertical fluting and diamond cross-hatching. The upper rim is finished with a fine scalloped edge, and a black and silver foil manufacturer’s label to the inner rim reads KRISTAL SAMOBOR. Also present is a hand-blown art glass vase in a Jack-in-the-Pulpit style, featuring a pulled rim and a bulbous base decorated with marbled swirls of moss green, mustard yellow, and earth tones against an opaque ground. An opaque black glass pedestal bowl with a wide ruffled rim is supported by a clear glass faceted stem on a circular foot. A clear glass novelty vase of flattened annular form is densely packed with a decorative fill of seashells, polished stones, and glass beads. This lot comprises the glassware only; the books and other shelving contents shown in the images are not included.

Condition report:

The glassware appears to be in good overall condition. The Kristal Samobor bowl shows no visible chips or nibbles to the delicate scalloped rim or faceted body (photos 2 and 3). The art glass vase and black glass compote exhibit no visible cracks or surface abrasions, though a light layer of surface dust is present on the black compote (photo 5). The novelty annular vase appears structurally sound, with the top opening currently protected by plastic wrap (photo 1).
